Tea Mandala
A guided journey to connect with plants, your senses, and intention.
Tea Mandala is a sensory ritual-workshop to connect with plants and inner guidance by creating a personal tea blend.
This guided experience is structured around three questions:
What is present for you right now?
What is your intention?
How can plants support you in your path?
You will meet 9 - 12 healing plants through touch, scent, stories, and intuition - using all your senses.
The Tea Mandala experience is both practical and poetic - a space to slow down, reconnect, and awaken the senses. And to create your own intention tea: a unique blend to carry home as a reminder and support for whatever transition, decision, or question you are holding.

Tea Mandala Ritual is a practice I have learned from Evita Lūkina, the creator of the Tea Mandala ritual and a long-time guide in the field of plant knowledge. I’ve had the honour to apprentice with her, and now, with her blessing, carry the practice forward with care and respect for its roots.
