Tea Mandala

A guided journey to connect with plants, your senses, and intention.

Tea Mandala is a sensory ritual-workshop to connect with plants and inner guidance by creating a personal tea blend.

This guided experience is structured around three questions:

  • What is present for you right now?

  • What is your intention?

  • How can plants support you in your path?

You will meet 9 - 12 healing plants through touch, scent, stories, and intuition - using all your senses.

The Tea Mandala experience is both practical and poetic - a space to slow down, reconnect, and awaken the senses. And to create your own intention tea: a unique blend to carry home as a reminder and support for whatever transition, decision, or question you are holding.

What happens during a Tea Mandala

  • Arriving and a grounding practice

  • Working with intention

  • Meeting 9-12 plants through touch, smell, listening, stories

  • Selecting plants, creating tea mandalas and tea blends

  • Shared tea ritual

  • Closing practice

Who is it for?

I adapt the format to different settings and groups:

Teams & organizations – for team-building, transitions, beginning something new, reconnection.

Gatherings & collective spaces – as an opening, deepening, or closing ritual for shared processes, festivals, events, or creative journeys.

Schools & youth groups – to awaken awareness of plants, creativity, and nature connection.

Private gatherings – birthdays, circles, celebrations, seasonal events.

Individual sessions – for clarity, life transitions, or support.

Tea Mandala Ritual is a practice I have learned from Evita Lūkina, the creator of the Tea Mandala ritual and a long-time guide in the field of plant knowledge. I’ve had the honour to apprentice with her, and now, with her blessing, carry the practice forward with care and respect for its roots.

people’s experiences…

It was such a beautiful and unexpected way to get to know each other. Hearing everyone’s stories about the plants and what they were drawn to made me see my colleagues in a whole new light. Fun, meaningful, and deeply human.
So grateful for this workshop. It helped me slow down, drop out of my busy head, and listen to my body. I feel both grounded and out of my comfort zone - in the best way
Thank you for creating this beautiful space for reflection, activating all the senses, and making me feel alive and present..
